The specialty "Jurisprudence" is one of the most demanded professions of the modern dynamically developing Kazakhstani society, which will allow the future specialist to realize himself as a competitive specialist in the field of economic and legal activity, providing an interesting profession. A lawyer is the most sought–after profession in law today. There are a lot of vacancies for specialists. A specialist in legal sciences, legal issues; a person with a law degree.
A lawyer is, in simple terms, a specialist who understands legal issues and legal subtleties. A lawyer does more complex work. He prepares pre-trial claims, lawsuits in court, supports the interests of the company in judicial and state bodies. A lawyer needs to be well versed in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, since all his actions should be based on laws and regulations.
The main activities of a lawyer:
organizational and legal – implementation of the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other normative acts in the course of organizational, industrial and other types of activities; monitoring compliance with legislation, legal advice; rendering assistance to individuals and legal entities within the established limits in protecting their rights and legitimate interests; organizational and managerial – the implementation of organizational and managerial functions in public authorities, local governments; informing citizens and officials about the provisions of laws and other regulations, dissemination of legal knowledge.
A graduate should know:
the content of the legal norms defining a specific area of his activity, to understand their relationship and importance for the realization of the right in professional activity; forms of protection of the rights of citizens and legal entities; the essence, types and forms of the state; the concept and essence of law; justice and its principles; the system of law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan; constitutional structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan; psychological features and specifics of business communication, elements of professional ethics in the work of a lawyer; the basic rules for the preparation of various types of documents.
A graduate should be able to:
