Kainar College is one of the non-state technical vocational schools. To create a unified system of continuous education (school-college-university) and in accordance with the Law of the Republic "On Education", a college was organized at Kainar University in 1999 (the license was reissued in May 2015 No. 92LAA00004947 dated May 26, 2015 in Almaty).

Kainar College trains specialists in full-time and part-time forms of education in the state and Russian languages.
